McCravy to continue the good fight

After yesterday’s election, it was clear that the voters in District 13 of South Carolina agrees and supports the efforts of Rep. John McCravy.

McCravy defeated Michael Gaskin 71.5% to 28.3% to continue filling the District 13 seat of the South Carolina House of Representatives.

McCravy says thanks to everyone who voted for him and is honored to have your vote.  He promises to continue the fight for lower taxes, economic growth, protecting 2nd Amendment rights, defend unborn children, elect conservative judges and fund school resource officers.

McCravy has already displayed thanks to our local veterans and first responders many times throughout his first term and he promises to continue that as well.

McCravy firmly believes in providing our area with the best possible educational opportunities for everyone.  With the sharp rise in job opportunities in Greenwood, our workforce will need more specific training to meet the demands.  McCravy believes our local Universities and technical schools such as Lander and Piedmont Technical College are best fit to provide such training.

But at the top of that list is school safety!  “I also believe we need a School Resource Officer in every Greenwood School” states McCravy.  “They’re the only proven measure in deterring violence in schools. I have advocated for SROs in our schools since our own Oakland tragedy and last year, I cosponsored a bill to make it happen”.

Congratulations to Rep. John McCravy on his win and we all look forward to positive leadership in our area and South Carolina.
