On Monday, April 30th, Greenwood School District 50 had a new face as Superintendent. As winner of the Mr. Viking Night contest in March, Emerald High School 12th grader Tatravion Burton was provided the opportunity of a lifetime to serve as Superintendent for a Day.
Mr. Burton’s entrepreneur skills were put to the test during his day as Superintendent for District 50. His day consisted of shadowing Superintendent Darrell Johnson during leadership meetings, schools visits, and district presentations. Mr. Burton is college and career ready as his knowledge and talents were on full display throughout the day!
