Governor Henry McMaster has appointed Bradford “Brad” Manley Russ to serve on the Burton Center Board for Disabilities and Special Needs. Russ, who will represent Greenwood County, is the owner of Gary Russ Chevrolet - Cadillac.
He is a graduate of Wofford College where he played four years on the college baseball team and served as team captain. He has served for six years on the Burton Center Foundation Board of Directors. Russ is a member of South Main Street Baptist Church where he serves as a Sunday school teacher. He and his wife, Sallie, have two children, Bradford and Abbey-Towles.
Burton Center for Disabilities and Special Needs is a non-profit, multi-county agency, providing services for over 1,200 people with disabilities and special needs (autism, intellectual disabilities, head injuries, spinal cord injuries and related disabilities) in Abbeville, Edgefield, Greenwood, Lexington, McCormick and Saluda counties.
