Representative John McCravy presented Rev. James F. Davis III with a resolution on Sunday, October 20th for his 25 year anniversary of faithfully serving Dunn Creek Baptist Church.

Before Rev. Davis began his ministry work in 1989, he served in the United States Army as an artillery officer. After hearing God’s call to leave the military, Rev. Davis attended the Interdenominational Theological Center and Morehouse School of Religion where he graduated in May of 1992.

Today, Rev. Davis and his wife, Gale Davis, both continue to govern and minister to the member of their church as well as the surrounding community.
