GREENWOOD, SC - Animal communicator Thom Williams believes that a lost dog from Albany Georgia may be in the Greenwood Area. GwdToday received a call at our offices Thursday morning from Beth Smith, a woman wanting to report a lost dog. We were surprised to learn that the dog was lost over two months ago from Albany, Georgia. In a series of email messages with the caller we learned that after exhaustive efforts to locate the lost pet, the owner contacted a “pet communicator” that believes the lost dog is in the Greenwood area.

On March 21 a white toy poodle named Angel belonging to Abby Broome wandered from her yard on Sussex Court in Albany Georgia, according to Broome's mother Beth Smith. After eight unfruitful weeks of searching for Angel, Smith contacted pet communicator Thom Williams to see if he could help.

GwdToday called Williams and asked him for details of how he came to believe the pet was in Greenwood. Williams was able to confirm a few details that witnesses had provided the family according to an email response from the pet communicator. According to the email Williams was able to communicate with the lost dog. “She told us she had been taken on a long car ride, much longer than she had ever gone before” said Williams. After getting more details about her journey, her condition, her frame of mind and many other details,  Williams believes he was able to move to the next step: “map dowsing”.

During a map dowsing session Williams holds a crystal over a large map divided into sections and asks yes / no questions. “The crystal will swing in a distinctive positive or negative response.” Williams explained in the email. After searching their entire home state of Georgia with only negative responses, Williams says he moved the crystal North and came upon the Greenwood, South Carolina area. According to Williams it was the only grid section on the map that yielded a positive response. In a follow-up communication session Williams asked Angel if she had been hearing "South Carolina" around this home and according to the email from Williams the dog replied "Yes, many times."

After Williams told Smith he believed the dog might be in Greenwood, she looked Greenwood up on Google and found GwdToday. The email sent from Smith reads in part, “Our hearts will remain broken until we get our sweet Angel back into our arms again where she belongs! We miss her very much and will keep searching and praying until the Lord sees fit to bring her back!”

Smith is offering a $1,000 reward and a $750 pig roast for 50 people for the safe return of this missing pet. If you have any information or have found a a white toy poodle, email GwdToday reporter Michael Davis at and we will relay the information to the owners in Albany, Georgia.

Rebecca, maybe you don't know how to read....I don't know. Neverther less, if you re-read my post you will see I said nothing positive or negative and I never eluded to what the Bible says on the matter so as far as me "passing judgment' you are a thousad miles off course. You need to study more!!! Actually, telling someone what the Bible says is NOT in fact "passing Judgement", Actually, we are INSTRUCTED to tell others what it does say...that's not passing judgment, only God can judge. I will leave you with this 1 Timothy 5:20 "Them that sin, rebuke openly so that others me fear!", wanna tell me one more time about this "judge not" crap? I am sick and tired of people taking that verse WAY out of context so they can escape condemnation for themselves or their friend's inequity!!! The verse means you shouldn't condemn someone for something you also are guilty of, that's why it refers to removing your own plank from your eyes before attempting to remove your neighbor's.
The Bible tells us many many time to hold each other accoutable and point out unGodliness....please read and study. THIS IS NOT JUDGING!!!

Jimmie: Some Law enforcement and the Government agencies have utilized clairvoyants for years, As far as the bible, I have read it and believe it and I also believe that clairvoyants can be used as someone who is able to relay for angels who protect. The Bible also tells us to not judge others lest you be judged. I am a former Sunday School Teacher and Church secretary (former by choice) and I am not Holier than though. I do believe in God and you are welcome to believe in what you believe in and I will believe in what I believe in. I will not criticize you for passing judgment on someone you do not know. I do keep an open mind and understand the lengths that people go to for peace of mind to find a lost loved one.

Hey Rebecca, I don't suppose you would be interested at all in what the Bible says about "clairvoyants" and those who seek them out, huh?

I won't go spouting out verses, but if you are interested you really need to ask someone who knows!

To Zachary: people often criticize the unknown. I did a little research on clairvoyants, with reason and medically just like savants and autistic children, they have an imbalance in their endocrine system tied into adrenalin outputs and alteration of the brain chemical aldosterone. Aldosterone plays a key part in reception from thought passages from people or animals around them I confirmed this information with a dean from Duke University and they are aiding young autistic children with this information However the use of crystals and the method of search is considered a witchcraft practice and has no bearing. Nostradamus was not a psychic himself but was a medical student who had a wife interested in black magic. I believe he learned early in life the correlation of the endocrine and adrenal system and he altered his to be able to predict like he did. My twin and I were excepted into a government study on clairvoyant's and I refused to participate. I was more curious of the medical aspect of the cause. I studied and retained my blood work and made discoveries of why and how it works. Everyone has a keen sense or gift at some thing and the unknown is often shunned until explained, I hope she finds her dog and if someone took it, you will be found out.
