Teen arrested on sex charges involving minor

Police arrest a teen after investigating a case where he used the Whisper app to contact a minor which ends with an arrest and several sex charges.

Nicholas Lee Duvall II, 19 of 388 Triangle Road, Lexington SC was arrested and charged with disseminating obscene material to a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor 1st degree and criminal sexual conduct with minor.

According to the report, Ware Shoals police investigated contact between Duvall and a minor lasting about 2 months.  The minor at one time tells Duvall she is 14 years old and he says he is 19.  Later conversations included more sexual content including a nude picture of Duvall.

The two later meet up after Duvall tells the minor that they can have some fun in his car.  The minor then sneaks out of her home to meet him.  Afterwards they discuss what they did on Whisper.

Over the two months Duvall contact the minor using several different names such as ilovebaconz, moosetits and WhobblesHope_the.

Finally Duvall contacts the minor asking her if she would delete all messages, pics and his number saying he was scared because he supposedly traded pics with a 16 year old and the father was going to call the cops.

He tells the minor he’s not sure if they can meet up again and she says OK. Duvall then says “Okay well when you’re 16 and legal we can meet up again”.
