GREENWOOD, SC – Police have arrested two men for distributing marijuana after executing a search warrant late Monday night.

According to a report from the Greenwood Police Department, agents from the Greenwood Drug Enforcement Unit went to 7 Woodson Alley to serve a search warrant at about 10:45 p.m. Monday night. When they arrived they observed several males on the porch, two of which were later identified as Isaac Anthony Aiken, 19, of 7 Woodson Alley, and Bryant Lorenzo Quarles, 42, of 104 Harrison Alley. The males attempted to walk away from the residence when they saw officers approaching, but were secured by members of DEU, according to the report.

The report states that officers then gained entry to the residence by using a battering ram. Inside the residence, officers recovered more than 300 grams of marijuana and a set of digital scales. They also located a red jacket that said “Westside” on it and more than $1,100 in cash.

Both Quarles and Aiken were released on personal recognizance bonds Tuesday morning.

Spelling and grammar is essential when attempting to make a written point.

Bonita, basically you should just be quiet. The statement you made speaks of suppositous situations and really needs exploring.

noticed they mentioned they found a jacket with Westside on it...smh did they also find sneakers with Jordan on it as well? it's apparent that these guys are gang bangers or just plain menaces. $1100 dollars in cash and i betcha they don't even help their mama with rent. PR bonds for these guys is ultimately the worse because they will probably think someone ratted them out and go and commit a munder. simple punks that won't get a real job but always wearing shirts like free mook, free aiken, free my dog krock. what a waste for this teen to be hanking with grown men

My question is why go thru the time and money to make an arrest and getting warrants when u let them out on the street 8 hours later on a PR bond...
