Article comment by: Traci Lee Rogers

A FALSE police report was filed by "once boyfriend" Cedric Bernard Whitner against Traci Lee Rogers. The case was thrown out of court on 06/04/2018 and Traci's record has been expunged. Mr. Whitner filed a false police report saying he felt threatened by Miss Rogers. Family/friends statements/testimony along with documentation, and photos PROVE that Mr. Whitner continually came to Miss. Rogers place of residence in Easley, SC as well as BOTH her parents and grandmothers home in Pickens, SC from September 5, 2015 until October 28, 2017. Mr. Whitner was/is married at the time and feared his wife, Jessica Whitner, would find out about his infidelity, so he filed the report in threats to keep Traci "quiet". Mr. Whitner presented contacting the Police Department as a "threat" to Traci, saying he has "friends in the Greenwood PD and he would cause her problems" in order to keep her quiet about his infidelities. Miss Rogers maintained her innocence the entire time and has since obtained a team of attorneys to seek punitive damages.
