Nell Ruth Bundrick Lindsey, 77, wife of Haskell David Lindsey, died Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Hospice House.
Born February 17, 1940 in Newberry County, she was a daughter of the late Silas O’Neal and Mary Frances Leola Kinard Bundrick. She graduated from Newberry High School and attended college to receive a teaching certificate. She co-owned and operated David Lindsey Clothier with her husband for over 20 years.
She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Pomaria, SC for many years and attended Episcopal Church of the Resurrection in Greenwood.
Surviving other than her husband and companion for over 42 years, are her children, Wanda Foshee of Clinton, Michael Foshee and wife Wen of Charlotte, NC, Sherri Foshee Davis and husband Mark of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Melissa Foshee of Clinton, Amanda Foshee of Abbeville, Miranda Foshee of MO, Megan Foshee of Charlotte, NC, Grayson Davis of NY, Mary Margret Turner of Greenwood, Seth Davis and Sean Davis of Atlanta, GA; 8 Great Grandchildren; her sisters Sadie Epting and husband James, Gladys Hazel and husband Clarence, all of Newberry. She was predeceased by three brothers Clarence, Lamar, and Richard Bundrick, and a sister, Mary Frances Bowers.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, September 3rd at 2:00 PM from the Blyth Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Nicholas Beasley officiating. Entombment will follow at Oakbrook Memorial Park.
The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Saturday September 2nd from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Craft, Robbie Lybrand, Seth Davis, Sean Davis, Grayson Davis, and Gil Ketron.
