Terry Leopard, 71, a resident of Granny Lane, husband of Iris Melanie Devore Leopard, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at Hospice House.
Born November 13, 1947, in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Manuel and Beatrice Johnson Leopard. A 1967 graduate of Ninety Six High School, he was also a graduate of the Greenwood College of Commerce. He retired from the Town of Ninety Six as an emergency dispatcher.
Mr. Leopard was of the Methodist Faith.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 40 years are a step-son, Michael Slice of Alma, GA; a sister, Peggy L. and husband Darrell Calvert of Ninety Six; a brother, Andy M. and wife Donna Leopard of Ninety Six; two grandchildren, Addison Slice and Emerey Slice; and a cousin, Virginia and husband Charles Buff of Greenwood.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday at Elmwood Cemetery in Ninety Six with Rev. Chuck Sprouse officiating.
The family is at the home of Peggy and Darrell Calvert, 117 Wingard St., Ninety Six and will receive friends at their home immediately following the service.
