Description: The Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse, under the direction of the Athletic Director, is responsible for administering the women's lacrosse program, including recruiting, scheduling, coaching, scouting, and all other aspects of program administration.
Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required. Experience as a coach. Master’s degree is preferred. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration is required. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the game of lacrosse required. Must have good communication skills and have ability to develop good rapport with students, parents, and staff.
Hire Range: Commensurate with experience.
Work Hours: Varied to include evenings and weekends. Overnight travel is required.
