Assistant Coach Volleyball

Description: The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Women's Volleyball Coach with the responsibilities associated with the organization and administration of the women's volleyball program. Assist with team travel, match, and practice preparation Assist with recruiting as permitted by NCAA Division II regulations. Assist with academic achievement and study hall.

Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration.

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the game of volleyball.

Must have good communication, organization, and administrative skills.

Ability to develop good rapport with students, parents and staff.

Hire Range: $ 30,600 annually University Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday Position Work ours: 37.5 hours per week. Including evening and/or weekend work hours Class Code: UH15– State Title: Assistant Coach Position #: 61075321 – Band: Unclassified
